We are looking for a Junior Finance Executive who will be joining our Finance team while working in a result-driven environment.
What we expect from you 💻
- Supporting the issuance of service invoices
- Making rent accruals,
- Uploading bank transactions to the system and recording them.
- Supporting the entry of all invoices into the system in accordance with accounting standards
- Conducting buyer-seller current reconciliations,
- Control of e-invoice, e-archive and international invoices,
- Keeping track of personnel expense slips and ensuring their entry into the system
- Regular control and recording of company expenses
- Arrangement and filing of deductions
- Supporting the preparation of documents for the payment plan
What skills you should have for the job 🌟
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration and Finance etc.
- 1-2 years of experience in the field
- Having knowledge of e-invoice and e-archive applications
- Proficient in accounting processes and uniform chart of accounts
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
- Time management, planning and tracking skills
- Responsible, meticulous and prone to team work
